Damaged or Defective Items
If your floatie arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue so we can review your claim and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. 📸✨
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Minor variations in appearance, color, or size due to the handmade nature of our products
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
